For reaching funding volumes, sending complete credit packages, and doing titling we allow our Preferred Vendors to participate in pricing above our buy rates. We’ll work hard to gain your long-term business.
What type of transactions are we seeking?
Everyone’s interpretation of an “A through D” deal is different, but we are generally looking for those deals that your front-line lenders pass on; however, we want them before that 30/30 group at the backend gets them. We call them “B and C”.
We have our own Lines of Credit!
We carry our own paper and we make the final credit approval decisions. You have the flexibility to stay in control by having us involved as much or as little in your sale as you want.
We have approved an average of 65% of loans over the last 30 years!
