Ginger joined Hawes Group in 2017 after gaining valuable experience working for a variety of Private Equity firms in the semiconductor industry. She also previously held positions in the mortgage, real estate, and utility industries. She started her career as a CPA practicing both audit and tax for local firms in Phoenix and Portland, and has been a CPA for over 20 years.

Ginger graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelors degree in Accounting, and went on to obtain a Juris Doctorate from Arizona State University College of Law .

Ginger’s community involvements center on environmental stewardship, and she has also been involved in the Girls Scouts for several years. She enjoys boating, hiking and snowshoeing.
